Day 2, 21 miles
We set off from Hebden bridge had a great morning and amazing sandwiches in Ripponden for lunch. Then we headed towards Denshaw having past under the m62 and were met with some monster hills and crazy wind and hail. The wind got so bad that it was impossible to cycle without being blown off when going up hill, so we pushed instead. A few days later we found out this was called windy hill. Then downhill beat any roller coaster ride we have been on. We arrived at moorlands caravan park and tied then tent down 2 stop us blowing away.
